During the summer of 2005 we visited Gettysburg National Military Park in Gettysburg, PA. It was a hot humid day with a few thunder showers. We arrived around 10 and went in the visitor center for a map of the area. We ate lunch and then went to the cemetary across the street from the visitor center. When we were returning to the car to begin the tour, Abby fell in the mud and got completely covered with mud on the back of her pants.

After cleaning Abby up as best we could (of course we didn't have a change of clothes) We followed the map observing the monuments and various locations. When it looked as if we were going to have another shower, we veered off course and visited the Boyd's Bear Factory. It was a terrific air conditioned break.
