The children have certainly grown a great deal. They have become old enough for us to take them on day trips. This picture was taken in the tunnels of Fort Knox in Prospect, ME when we went there last Memorial Day. If you would like to see more pictures of our travels, click on the button below.

| Sam is always very inquizative, expecially about living things. While we were visiting Baxter State Park on Labor Day weekend, Sam saw lots of grasshoppers in the grass. He immediately tried to capture one and constructed a trap out of a juice bottle. Sam is currently in kindergarten and is doing very well. He can knows all his letters, their sounds, and can count to 100 by ones, fives and tens. He has begun reading simple books like the Dick and Jane books. He loves to read. To see more pictures of Sam including his Nursery School graduation in May of 2004, his first day of school in September of 2004 and his fifth birthday, click on the Samuel's Page button to the left. |

Abby was 2 for most of 2004. She has lost a great deal of the baby look in her face and has grown tall. She really enjoys swimming. The picture to the left was taken at Nannie Bet's pool in July. To see more pictues of our swimming excursions, click on the link below.
