Sam recently celebrated his fifth birthday. He got lots of presents and a Mountain Action Command Center for his Rescue Heroes from Mom and Dad. In May of 2004, Sam graduated from the Skowhegan Nursery School. It was a cute ceremony that included the children listening to their friend Rick read stories to them, singing their favorite songs and of course, the actual handing out of diplomas. Sam also began school this year. He went for a practice bus ride with Bob the day before school began and got to meet his teacher, Mrs. Roy.
